Shipping Policy

At iHoverboard, we value every single customer and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are doing our best to expedite the process by getting your parcel to you as soon as possible. Your patience will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your understanding.

1.Where is the shipping warehouse ?
Most of  iHoverboard products are shipped from our Germany warehouse.

For the accessories , we have other Poland, Spain , France warehouses.

2.Where are the shipping EU countries?

Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, zech Republic, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Slovakia, Finland, Norway, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg.

These countries we send via GLS or DHL, which takes about 3-7 business days to get to you. All the parcels will be given the tracking number by Email. All products are free shipping.

  1. (1)All orders before 2:00 PM (GMT+0),will be sent today , after 2:00 PM (GMT+0) will be sent next day.
    (2)Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on location)
    Normally order will be dispatched in 1-2 business days once the payment is confirmed, 4-9 days to arrive.
    (3)Accessories are free to deliver and it will take about 5-10 working days to arrive. Accessories order with our products may come in separate deliveries since it come from different warehouses, including helmet, seat or something else.

Kindly Note:

(1)Affected by Covid-19, In the event of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. However, your order is guaranteed to be processed expeditiously when time permits.
(2)iHoverboard takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipment. However, damage to products may occur in transit from isinwheel shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us to request a refund or return, or we give you best suggestions to help you, within 3 business days after you receive the package. Note any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (system will not work), take digital photographs and provide iHoverboard with detailed proof of damage as this will help us process your order refund.
(3)Please confirm your address before payment. iHoverboard orders can only be shipped to the country where the order was placed. If you ask to change the address after your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. Furthermore, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by the change of address after the order has been shipped.
(4)When placing an order, please make sure you fill in the correct name, address and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.

4. Logistics tracking

(1)You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
(2)Tracking information can take 48 to 72 hours to update.

5. Delivery time exceeded

International shipments may be delayed due to covid-19 or other uncontrollable factors. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at, and we will check the situation with the transport company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

6. Order Cancellation:

(1) Customer can request to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 working days.
(2) You can also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped.
(3) Once the item has been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for return shipping.(10% of the cost your paid)

7. Tracking Packages:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipping notification, including tracking information, will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

We are not responsible for any return shipping costs if the product did not meet your expectation or you place a wrong order after your order has been shipped.

9. About taxes
In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs charges by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities of your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about import duties, duties, and taxes.
